May I know why such skin irritation takes place? I've tried to get this answer from the associate who has managed my open ticket but failed to get an answer.
As it has caused significant irritation until I stopped wearing. When I returned the watch for lab review, I was told Samsung Lab will review and update the status and reasoning about such irritation but in return, one fine day they just refund money and didn't return my original watch or justification/explanation about skin rashes. I must know the reason for skin rashes. It is not acceptable and/or satisfactory feedback to accept as a solution.
I attempted multiple times to talk to the person who was supporting a ticket and/or his supervisor but never got an answer. If it is an issue for all upcoming models as well then one should know.
