Skin irritation galaxy active 2 watch

I purcheased the Galaxy watch a few weeks ago and have developed a rash on my wrist where the band sets. I thought is common for new watches so, cleaned the watch many times a day and have tried loosening the watch, but the rash persists. The rashes are fading in time and new ones are forming. Is there any solution for this issue?

I've also developed a rash where the end of the silicone strap locks underneath. I've washed it after every time I've exercised, and hadn't had any issues for a while, so thought it had 'fixed' itself, but today the rash re-emerged exactly the same spot as before. This seems to be a common issue for a lot of people 😞

I purchased my watch and started seeing this develop but it look as bad. Then it progressively has gotten worse. This is horrible behavior on Samsung part, knowing this was a issue and still going forward and not having a solution. I will be reconsidering any future purchases from them.
