Dear Samsung,

I bought my Galaxy Watch back in January, and I got a rash from the silicone band as soon as I wear it.

Wear it for a couple of days and then I need to take it off because of the rash and itches. I'm really disappointed because I can't  wear it all the time.

My wife got the same issue with the watch.

First I thought It was just us but after searching I've seen lots of users got the same problem.

It's fairly common for some people to be allergic to certain silicon/plastic/rubber products but most people are not and do not get a rash from the strap. Hopefully you do know you can order about a million different watch straps for the watch on ebay or Amazon there's plenty non-silicon options out there and it's extremely easy to change the watch strap it takes < 30 seconds to do i would definitely suggest you buy a different material strap so you can wear all the time i took the strap your talking about that came on mine off probably in the first week and have never wanted to use it again there are much better options

I bought mine in February at Sam's Club and have this problem also. Instead of sending me a replacement band Samsung wanted me to send my whole watch. For what? The bands are detachable!!. I'm selling it. Buying Apple Instead

Just bought a Watch 3 and it is causing redness and itching where it sits on my skin.  Happens mostly under the watch itself, like where the monitors are

I too thought it was just me. When I first got the watch about 4 months later it kept not syncing with my phone I took it in and they changed the hard board then about 6 months later it was over heating and burning me they put in a new hard board. All the time ive had it ive had a rash but it would go if I took it off for a day well the rash has gotten worse and I can hardly wear it. Very disappointing with all the issues ive had. They need to develop another band and send it to those effected. 😡
