Sleep mode doesn't sync with phone reliably

Ever since Bedtime mode was renamed to Sleep mode, my Galaxy Watch 5 does not consistently sync Sleep mode with my Galaxy Fold4 causing my watch face to never go to sleep mode. This wakes me up in the middle of the night when my watch face is so bright in the dark. Do Not Disturb is syncing correctly but not sleep mode. I have tried toggling Sync Sleep mode off and back on in the Wearables app which used to work for a couple days and then stop syncing. Now it doesn't work anymore. Sometimes if I reboot my phone and watch it will start syncing again for a couple days and then stop again. I tried clearing the Galaxy Wearable cache and this also did nothing. Right now Sync Sleep mode is not doing anything and watch never goes to sleep.

I submitted a report through Members app. What else can I do to fix this bug?

All of my devices are all up to date. In fact I am pretty sure this issue was caused by an update because it was working when I firsr got these devices. I tried un installing and reinstalling the Galaxy Wearable app and it is stuck at 82% of "Getting Your Watch Ready..." I do not mind resetting my watch but I cannot reset my phone. My big concern is the constant inconsistency and it cannot be relied upon but now it isn't working at all.

Similarly, the alarm tied to sleep mode sometimes just won't turn back on and my alarm won't wake me up for work. I think Sleep Mode overall is very buggy on Samsung.

Reset my Watch - it did not have a backup which was a huge pain. Had backups from old Galaxy Watch 2 Active and Gear S3 but not Watch 5...? Can't find my watch faces so that sucks but set everything else up enough to use it but it still doesn't sync Sleep mode with phone, only Do Not Disturb. All that for nothing.

This is so buggy! I manually turned sleep mode off during this testing and at the time it is normally scheduled to turn off, it turned on and back off, vibrating my phone. It seems this most recent update has made things worse. It's driving me crazy 😭

My watch and phone also do not sync well in sleep mode. Even when I have manually set them for the same times, if I set it to sync, the times will be wrong. I have finally just turned sync off, and they are working better independently. I have noticed, though, that when I take my watch off to charge it, it goes into sleep mode. I don't know if that is normal. I have to manually wake it up when I put it back on.

This is still a problem even after factory resetting phone and watch. Do Not Disturb does not reliably turn on and off and neither does Sleep mode. This is awful for daily use as I either do not get sleep because notifications come when they aren't supposed to and wake me up or the notifications do not come when I want them to! This is the primary purpose for having a phone and smart watch today so that makes Samsung devices extremely unreliable.

How do I report this issue to Samsung? I just got woken up again because Do Not Disturb turned off on my phone and sleep mode and do not disturb got turned off on my watch too even though my schedule show it should not go off for another 2 hours. This is constantly waking me up earlier than I am supposed to and affecting my sleep schedule. When I open my phone and go look at my settings, it will then turn on DnD like it just wasn't following the schedule at all unless I went and looked at the settings. This is the worst most frustrating bug I've ever seen on a device because of how terrible it affects someone when they think they are going to get 8+ hours of sleep but are woken up hours early because Samsung does not reliably follow do not disturb and sleep mode schedules
