Smasung watch 3 dont have oxygen level measurement

I got my Samsung watch 3 today, it is highly advertised that watch measure oxygen saturation  level however I dont that option. Samsung health app is updat to add. Using smaung s20 plus. False advertisement???

Open Galaxy store and check for updates there. I got the update last Friday.

I updated the watch software and samsung health and it's still not there on the watch
