I have the Galaxy Active 2 with 4 Gig of space. According to the app, I have 1.4 Gig music, 530 Mb of apps and watch faces, and basically nothing on photos/media, yet I have no space left to do a software upgrade. Somehow I don't quite get to 4 Gig when I sum the above...? That said, there are SO many watch faces pre-loaded (I don't use them) but I can't delete them either. So as the user I have zero choice on the preference of using space on my device. Where is the other 2 Gig?? Now I have to delete music I suppose (one of the aspects I love the most of the watch) so I can upgrade software. I find this VERY uncool and somehow false advertising on the so called space you have. So now what Samsung? What do you advise??

Offload the music, update the phone, upload the music.

Tizen OS and system files take up 2+ GB. So that is going to be where your other 2GB went.

Not really false advertising. Mac OS and Windows 10 require I believe 20-30GB of disk space. Android 11 and system files will use about 20GB or so on your phone.
