Stay on the Workout Page

When I am running, I don't need to see the latest email or SMS notification, so please just either:

A) Stay on the workout page (so I can see my stats) - or

B) Always go back to the workout after showing the new notification

Currently I have to navigate back to the workout and click on it.  Kind of hard to do while running on a trail.
