As the Community is a user-based help forum, very few, if any, individuals here will be able to assist you. Someone may eventually come along that has some success with updating international watch models, but there's no guarantee. Have you tried posting this issue over on XDA forums or Reddit?

I see. Have you attempted to turn off Bluetooth on the watch and have it connected only to WiFi? There is a chance this could force the update.
