I have the LTE version and have had this watch since 6/19/19, I still have not been able to get the update at all. I talked to 2 people from support and have been told that the update will come, my father has the exact same watch as I am and he already has received the update but not mine. Is there any way to force an update? Or what should I do?
I would love to know the same thing. I have the LTE version but do not have it connected to a carrier. No update still. My best friend has the exact same watch only she purchased hers through Verizon, not Samsung and hers has been updated. It's so frustrating.
