Still haven't received One Ui update for Galaxy Watch

I have the LTE version and have had this watch since 6/19/19, I still have not been able to get the update at all. I talked to 2 people from support and have been told that the update will come, my father has the exact same watch as I am and he already has received the update but not mine. Is there any way to force an update? Or what should I do?

I would love to know the same thing. I have the LTE version but do not have it connected to a carrier.  No update still.  My best friend has the exact same watch only she purchased hers through Verizon, not Samsung and hers has been updated.  It's so frustrating.

Same here, I have the unlocked LTE version of the Galaxy watch, but still no One UI update.

I read somewhere else, that the LTE has to be activated with a carrier in order to get the update, which sounds ridiculous.

Come on Samsung, push the update to the LTE version.

I have Galaxy Watch LTE which was purchased unlocked through Samsung.  My phone's carrier is T-Mobile.  My watch got OneUI update back in June inline with T-Mobile update :https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-38218

What is your phone carrier?

I'm on Verizon, did you connect your LTE to T-Mobile in order to get the update?

I did have a service on my watch through T-Mobile, but not anymore.  Decided paying $10 wasn't worth it.  Check online for Verizon Galaxy Watch support page and see if Verizon released the update. EDIT:  I found the page I guess:

https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/samsung-galaxy-watch-update/

It seems that Verizon released the OneUI update...compare software version

I never registered my device with Verizon, so the Verizon update won't be pushed to my watch. It looks like you have to connect your device at least once to a provider before you get updates. I'm going to install the update manually using odin.

I'm really disappointed with Samsung support, it's really lacking on all levels.

You can try to pair your watch with another phone that has a different carrier and check for update through Galaxy Wearable app.  The updates are the same for carriers(at least verizon and t-mobile).  The software updates version match

I was also thinking, maybe its the Wearable app that kind of got stuck and can't locate updates?

In the time you started using the watch, have you ever reset the watch or remove wearable app?
