I still haven't received the Watch 6 Classic update. Has anyone else encountered this issue. I have a unlocked S23 Ultra with T-Mobile being my provider. Can anyone assist I appreciate any all suggestions.

Oh alright! In this case, you receive your watch updates through your carrier. Sometimes these can lag behind their Bluetooth counterparts. You could try calling T-Mobile and escalate the matter to one of their engineers to investigate why you haven't received it yet. There isn't really any way to "trigger" the update from our end, other than checking in the Galaxy Wearables app. T-Mobile might have a way to push it out, but I'm not positive on that.

What if I have a GW6C LTE but it's unlocked and I use Google Fi as my carrier? My carrier shows up "in the system" as T-Mobile, but they're just one of the networks Fi uses.

Unclear. Since you're not connected to a mobile network through the watch itself, you should be receiving the update from Samsung. I would reach out to your carrier to confirm this info though.
