Go to SamFw and see if there is a way to update the firmware on the watch. My wife had a Samsung Note20 Ultra and once we had the phone paid off we switched service from AT&T to TMobile and she wasnt getting any updates so I went to the firmware site and was able to bump her phone from Android 13 to Android 16. Not saying it will work for your watch but it's worth a try.

2) Are both of your devices US devices?

3) Was your watch ever an LTE watch and just being used as Bluetooth?

S24 ultra and no my phone is us the watch is international and it was never a lte its the bluetooth version
