My Samsung Galaxy watch S2 active was stolen out of my apartment while I was in Mayo hospital for 30 days. I came home on July 25th tried to locate it,I did so I rang it,it says it was playing but I couldn't hear it it said it was in my bedroom. But since I couldn't hear it now I am thinking it was in my neighbor's apartment next to me. It is registered to my Samsung account shouldn't there be some kind of way to blacklist or lock or locate at least something it's not been able to be found since.. please advise please...I used the watch for mainly monitoring my heart which is very bad in health unfortunately and is getting worse but now I have no way to monitor it.....

Have you tried visiting out website Samsung Find? https://samsungfind.samsung.com/login This website does give you the option to locate and lock the device as long as you were signed in to your Samsung account, which you said it is registered so that's perfect.
I know you have tried to locate it by ring with no success, but definitely check out this article to make sure you have tried all options as to locating the watch and then if that doesn't work you can always lock and even erase your personal data from the watch using Samsung Find.
I just typed you probably a book of past events and why I can't call local PD aka thier high school buddies that committed me.. but I posted and got message server error try again later then everything was poof gone
