I am switching from Garmin to a Samsung ultra, one feature I miss from Garmin is the ability to record an activity and have it shared with multiple apps automatically example hiking I can have it linked to three different hiking apps. 

Only way I know to do this in the samsung is to start each app individually

So my request / suggestion is to allow finishing an activity on the watch under Samsung health, automatically sync to other installed apps on the watch.

You should be able to do this by going into the health app, tapping the dot menu on the home page and selecting settings.  Scroll down to "apps" and "services" and add your apps to the app section and add your services to the services section.

Thanks for the feedback, the apps I would like, alltrails, komoot, or ridewithgps although having apps on the watch, do not show up in this setting.

Correct. Hardly anything shows up. Samsung Health has very limited and very little integrations.

Do they have companion apps for the phone?  You might have to install the apps on the phone as well as the watch.

Oh yes, I have them installed on both.

BTW - there is extremely limited functionality relating to this. Very few apps appear. Hence why I've posted before about how limited Samsung Health is integrations and how it lacks a lot of features.

Not sure if it's the various apps fault or Samsung's. But I would think Samsung would be reaching out to as many app makers as possible to have better integrations.

Most likely other app developers have not been able to come to an agreement with Samsung.
