Galaxy WatchWhich watch? A 1 hour swim (depending on your pace) should show about 300-400 calories burned. After an update to the watch, it is good practice to clear the watch's cache partition. After an update to the phone you should clear the phone's cache partition. This clears out any leftover elements that may interfere with normal operations. Is it only the calorie count that is off, or are you getting gaps in the heart rate and stroke count? If the water is too cold, it could affect the sensors, if the watch is too loose, it *will* affect the sensors.

Galaxy WatchI can try clearing the caches.
Heart rate has stayed the same, same pool, watch tightness.
An example from a couple weeks ago is 58 minutes, 676 calories. Today's was 56 min, 63 calories.

Galaxy WatchThat is odd. Especially since the other workouts are still recording correct information. Could be a glitch. It's unlikely to be a sensor issue, otherwise it would happen across the board. When I get an update to my watch or phone, I wait for the update setup to complete after the initial install/reboot and then reboot again. Then I wait for the remainder of the setup to put itself in place and *then* I reboot to clear the device cache. Even before I learned about cache clearing, I always did the reboot after installation, because I know not everything is in place. Maybe I'm lucky, maybe it's been this practice, but I have not yet experienced any glitches after updates. You could also try deleting the health app cache on the phone.
