Samsung cust6care is bull **bleep**. I was injured by by my galaxy active 2 back in February, I contacted customer care and they told me to file a claim and said they take this issue very seriously......I spoke to a rep they asked me to send my watch in for testing in May. I sent my watch in and did not here anything for two weeks. I called and they said my claim had been closed once they received my watch. With no explanation. I then was in contact with my claim manager and she could not give me a reason for the closure but said my watch would be sent back to my in 3-5 business days. I have had to call every two weeks since may and everytime I call my claim has been closed again and they say this needs to be escalated to corporate. I have asked to speak to a manager or someone at corporate directly and they tell me they have no information to give me.
I will never buy another Samsung product because of this experience.
