I can stick the watch in the refrigerator and pull it out and it instantly shuts off and says it is overheating.  It won't work anymore.  How do I get my money back it is still under warranty.

I understand how frustrating this is. If the watch is still connected to the Wearables app, you can try a factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ If the watch is not connected and you are unable to reset the watch, or if the problem persists after a reset, service would be recommended. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Please note that it is not recommended to put your electronics in the refrigerator as this could cause moisture build-up inside of the device.
