Galaxy WatchHonestly there are so many useless apps that's drains the battery and uses a lot of ram.
When using tips and tricks are useless.

Galaxy WatchIf you were to ask members Q&A right now and influencers with the option of what they want on an OS from: Stability, Better UX design, Fluid animations, Customizability, All, they would more than likely say All. And a balance would need to be made, where some things might get removed or improvised to bring new changes.
There ARE too many processes that happens on background which drains battery and uses up the ram, but Samsung handles RAM management decently on flagship devices already except that RAMplus which is a stupid festure imo and a cost cutting decision.
And Tips and Tricks are useless since you dont see a day and night change by changing certain settings especially with no evidence to back it up.
Paid Youtubers are just one side of the story, there are other influencers and people on Social Media that has also taken notice of how Samsung has been backseating and done minor OS upgrades in the past few years.
Samsung is a big conglomerate with different divisions working on different parts, which just makes things harder when they dont have a very specific checklist on how to make their UI cohesive which leads to some minor confusing decisions they made. An e.g is on Phone app where if you press any of the 3 sections on the bottom on different system animation scale, it follows it. Whereas Samsung Messages on the other hand doesn't. There are also some differences in 1st party apps following different corner px for certain informations that goes on the bottom(I forgot what to call them) which just makes the design language more confusing.
