All your documentation refers to the ability to track one's service order at http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/tracking, but all that does is take me to places where I can review my products or find out how to contact customer service. I actually have a ticket number. There is no where on this page to enter it to track the service. All my searches to find an answer lead back to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/tracking (which is a dead-end). What URL may I navigate to, in order to enter my ticket number and see the status?
