The touchscreen stopped working on my brand new Active watch. The buttons are working but nothing on the screen. Is this a setting I accidently switched?

Have you completed the troubleshooting listed in the thread, such as holding down the power button for more then 7 sec or resetting the watch?
Mine is unresponsive as well, and I tried rebooting it, how can I fix it?
How were you able to fix this? My watch is not even a week old and touch screen isn't working.
My active is not working the buttons are. It is 100 percent but it is not working.
@Samsung_xfom22z What troubleshooting steps have you tried in regards to this issue?
