The touchscreen stopped working on my brand new Active watch. The buttons are working but nothing on the screen. Is this a setting I accidently switched?

@useryhJobnfIQ6 and userDnQZuvuHJr have you check the settings that AD00G mentioned?

We also just bought a samsung galaxy watch active today and the touch screen doesn't seem to work, at least not swiping or selecting anything, but weirdly triple tapping magnifies.  As a result we are stuck on a screen that says swip left to see your widgets.  It vibrates but the screen doesn't change.

My active  touch screen just stopped working as I was trying to add a protective screen. I've only had it for 2 weeks

Add me to the list of watches not working right out of the box.

Seems like a waste of $200 for something that gets good reviews but doesn't work as advertised.

Do you see a water drops icon when you press the buttons?  If so, it's in Water Lock Mode.  You will need to press and hold the Home button for about 2 seconds to turn off water lock mode.
