Galaxy WatchThe touchscreen stopped working on my brand new Active watch. The buttons are working but nothing on the screen. Is this a setting I accidently switched?

Hi,
do you see watchface?
than it could be the water saving mode is activated. you should do it before swim and shower....
you need to press the on/off button for longer and it will be text message shown and mode is stopped.
there is a shortcut button in setting like a raindrop I touched it one time without knowing that... And I had same problem as you.
Hope really that you only activate this.... and your watch works normal after stopping this...

Galaxy WatchI need help. Mine worked until this morning. I updated it, reset it, uninstalled the software and reinstalled. The touchscreen will not work. Now I cannot sync to my phone because you have to be able to use the touchscreen to do it. Had watch less than a year.

Galaxy WatchI am in the exact same boat... it's been this way for two days. the right side of the screen (between 2oclock and 3oclock on the watch face) is operational, but I can't pull down the menu from the top, can't turn off Power Saving mode which was enabled automatically, and now the screen is glitching out, and repeatedly responded to phantom contact while sitting on my desk. Please Advise!

Galaxy WatchMine stopped working today. Full charge. It was working fine before I went to sleep. Work up and it wasnt working. There is no damage to the screen so I don't understand! Has anyone gotten this issue solved? I've only had this watch for 2 months.

Galaxy WatchIf you hold down the power button for more then 7 sec, the watch will restart.
After all this, everything was back to normal

Galaxy WatchMy galaxy active 2 touch screen is not working. It worked for the first few days i had it and then over night it's not working. It was randomly cycling through the bezel and choosing apps. I rebooted and it is still not working and now I'm not able to pair with my phone.
How can this be fixed?
