I see that this is a common issue that the watch screen freezes. This has happened twice. The tmobile rep held the two buttons and soft rest the watch. Not a permanent fix. I have the issue again. Howver, I see no permanent solutions in eveyones post. Where do I get the permanent solution? Tmobile rep will replace my watch with a new one. But it may be an issue with all watches?
I had the same problem with my Note 8. The touch screen was not responding and a hard reset (holding all 3 buttons) was necessary. This was not the first episode. I too would like to know how this issue can be addressed with a more permanent fix for the Note 8 phone as well.
