I previously used a Fitbit Charge 5, which had a feature that allowed me to view "zone minutes" – the total minutes in a day where my heart rate exceeded 119 bpm. This was especially useful for me as I aim for at least 22 zone minutes per day for my fitness goals. Now, with the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, I can monitor my heart rate throughout the day, but I'm trying to find a way to determine the total minutes my heart rate is above 119 bpm, similar to the Fitbit feature. Does the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic or the Samsung Health app have a comparable feature or a way to track this? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
This is an outstanding feature that I didn't even think of. I deal with chronic anxiety and pain issues that send my heart bpm sometimes extremely high. This would be an outstanding feature if it was incorporated into the watch. Right now, I own the Pro 5 model and need to start wearing it more often. Does anyone ( and I totally didn't mean to jump into your post), but is there an application that would do this for the pro5? Thanks so much for putting this idea in my head. I actually almost bought a Fitbit, but since I got an amazing deal on the watch via Verizon, I went with it. Also, are there other applications we can use besides Samsung Health that will connect seamlessly with my watch?
