Has this happened to anyone??
I traded in my watch 3 for the watch 4, before, I sent in my watch 3 I reset it to the factory setting and returned the watch 3, to include the watch, wrist band, charger, and OEM box back to Samsung, only to vet a response from them, saying the watch does not meet the standards for the trade in program. I requested a return and when I got the watch back, it only was the watch. All other items I sent with watch did not come back.
Any ideas on how to resolve with Samsung?
If you took a picture of what you sent, including live settings screen on reset watch 3, you can appeal by calling service phone number. I always get trade-in (wrongly) rejected, then make an appeal. Second or third time around, they do pay attention and do the right thing. Gotta have "proof" though.
