Hi, there is any training on the long list of activities that actually calculate tje burned calories by heart rate? Its useless the watch if you are sitting for one hour and running for one hour and burned the same calories.
Theres any training that is not predifined the calories per hour?
As I asked in another thread near this one, I wonder if the exercises that are pre-defined use heart rate info, vs. the "Other" category using a base average number of calories using your height/weight/bmr, etc. Apple does this, if you use a pre-defined exercise, it is based upon your heart rate, but if you choose "Other", it uses the average. I've used the Weight Machines exercise in the Active 2, and the calorie burn is near the Apple Watch for the same activity, for the approximately same amount of time.
