I did that while contacting customer support
did not help at all
then I was advised to send watch for repair
what exactly neded to be repair? is it software issue or hardware issue?
this issue has been reported by many here
I am so disappointed in this product. for the $$ paid, the performance hasn't been met.
@Toot27 If you factory reset your watch and it's still not connecting to anything it's going require service. More than likely there are components inside the watch that have stopped working. To determine what the issue is exactly you would have to send in your watch so our technicians fix it. If you would like me to setup you up for service reply to this link here. The watch connects to WiFi fine. I tested and the interent browser on the watch works and connects to sites.
Bluetooth connection works
So exactly what component that's not working to connect watch to phone over WiFi?
I am sorry but seems all of customer support are just guessing!
again this is not individual issue, it's been reported over and over by this watch users. Add to that floor count too.

As I commented in another thread. It connected this morning
but whole of Sat & Sun July 6th&7th it did not even with resetting
something up but I beleive it's not the watch itself. Many had the same experience
