Galaxy WatchHad my new galaxy watch arrive yesterday. The voice command won't work on any application, not at all. Tried Brixby, doesn't work, states "An error has occured, Im unable to answer your question, try again later". Does this everytime. Doesn't work on notifications such as trying to set a reminder or an alarm.
Won't even work on speech to text for replying to text mesages, after the speak now it states "Voice input unavailable".
I've tried restarting watch, restarting phone,ensuring latest updates on phone and watch, factory reset watch but stilll no avail. Voice command has never worked.
I suspect it maybe a software issue, but not sure but was reading some threads on this forum as people had the same issues with the S3 Frontier. I don't know if others are having the same issue with the newer Galaxy Watch or if mine is a isolated fault as i can't find any threads in relation to the newer models. This should have been resolved if the problems were present with the Gear S3 watches.
Any solutions before I decide the return the watch. Having paid the full retail price and only had it for a day, I expect it to function properly.

Galaxy WatchAfter alot of trial and error with alot of apps, I've found the culprit. I had Adguard installed on my Note 4 which filters the wifi/data connection coming through. This was casuing the voice command not to be working. After disabling this app, the voice command is now working again.

Galaxy Watchwhat is the software version from the settings > about watch? also, did u enable the bixby or set it up yet? u gotta say "hi bixyby" to start the voice command

Galaxy WatchTried setting Bixby up but hangs on telling me to say Hi Bixby. Won't go further Keeps getting sane error.
Software is Tizen 4.0.0.0

Galaxy Watchu know what? that shows as bixby icon but dont let it fool u. that is s voice not bixby. so s voice commands will work not bixby commands.

Give Bixby permission to use the different features, and then touch AGREE after reviewing the Privacy Notice. Next, follow the on-screen prompts to learn how to use Bixby on your watch.

Galaxy WatchI've tried all that. Gone to bixby given it all permissions and agreed to it. Still keep getting the error message again and again no matter what I say. It's the same issue with any other app that uses voice command.
Even sending a txt via voice command. I've done a factory reset as well as tried setting up bixby again agreeing to all permissions. Still same problem.

Galaxy WatchI think i've narrowed it down to where the issue with. Its the connection with my Galaxy Note 4. I don't know why but when the watch is paired with my Note 4, the voice command won't work.
I've tried doing a fresh connection with my someones Samsung A5 (2017) and Bixby, voice command is all working fine. However, going back to my Note 4, i'm having the same issue, voice command does not work. I've checked that all apps have the latest update (S voice, Gear app, Galaxy app etc...)
Would there be some compatibility issue?

Galaxy WatchI am experiencing the same concern but I do not have adguard on my phone. Im using a Note 8.
