I have a Galaxy Watch Active (A8D9) with a model number SM-R500 and serial number <hidden>. The wake-up gesture and sensors suddenly not working. I've done several troubleshooting such as turning on/off the wake-up gesture, reboot and factory resets but the problem still persist. Can you help me resolve this issue asap?

Galaxy WatchI understand how frustrating this is. As all of the troubleshooting has not been helpful, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. I have received your private message and will follow up with you there.

Galaxy WatchApparently your sensors are broken. Try running a test by typing the number on your watch *#0*#. Go to sensors and see if the accelormeter is working and a self test of the barometer and the gyroscope.
The official solution is to send it in for repair which cost 40-55$ (waived if you pay the repair fee) for the inspection and 100-400$ for the actual repair.
Hopefully your watch is still in warranty
