I have a Galaxy Watch Active (A8D9) with a model number SM-R500 and serial number <hidden>. The wake-up gesture and sensors suddenly not working. I've done several troubleshooting such as turning on/off the wake-up gesture, reboot and factory resets but the problem still persist. Can you help me resolve this issue asap?

I understand how frustrating this is. As all of the troubleshooting has not been helpful, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. I have received your private message and will follow up with you there.

Apparently your sensors are broken. Try running a test by typing the number on your watch *#0*#. Go to sensors and see if the accelormeter is working and a self test of the barometer and the gyroscope.

The official solution is to send it in for repair which cost 40-55$ (waived if you pay the repair fee) for the inspection and 100-400$ for the actual repair.

Hopefully your watch is still in warranty
