Wake gesture and heart rate sensor not working

Help, my watch has stopped measuring hear rate, steps, and reacting to the wake up gesture. Even tried factory reset  but it still does not work.

Two days ago my Watch 3 battery drained really fast that one day. But now the battery is back to normal.. It still doesn't wake up to motion gesture. Also 02 sensor and HR monitor gets stuck and not progress. IDK what that was going on?

After a soft reset all sensors are working again.

yes the green lights still work and flash away
