Galaxy WatchI have SM-R800NZSATUR Galaxy Watch 46mm. After some time, wake-up gesture suddenly goes off and I cannot make it work again. I've read lots of thread like this, so please don't tell me to turn good night mode, dnd or theatre mode off, they are off already.
After some research, I've found out the TESTMODE, which is activated by dialing *#0*# with dialing app on watch. All the sensors except the light sensor are all down, not working at all. Gyro test shows FAIL, accelerometer shows nothing on the graph, barometer shows FAIL. So there's a HUGE problem with this watch.
I've faced the same problem a couple of times before and had contacted to Samsung Support and they told me to hard reset the phone, remove the wearable app from my phone and reinstall the app, then connect the watch to my phone again. It started working again after these steps but after a few days later, not much really, 2 or 3 day max, the problem occured again.
Then I hard reset the watch again with the above steps and my watch started working again till 3 days ago. Same problem again.
So here's the question:
I've seen lots and lots of messages and threads about this problem on here and on some other forum pages but how come Samsung has not officially said anything about this ridiculous problem of the most recent "smart(!)" watch of theirs. And how come this problem is still not solved?
I want my watch to perform as a 300$ device should. Please someone fix this or I'm gonna return it for good.

Galaxy WatchThank you for this information. This forum is for support of US products and customers. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models is very limited, please seek a support team for your area. You can do so by using this link: http://www.samsung.com/visitcountry

Galaxy WatchHello, I am a US customer with the 46mm Galaxy Watch and have the exact same problem as the creator of this thread. A few days ago, my watch stopped counting steps and the wake up gesture stopped working. I would reboot the watch and they would work for about a day. Finally, this morning they completely stopped working, and I have tried resetting the watch and uninstalling the apps (including the watch plugin) from my phone. I also tried using the test feature, and it completely freezes the watch whenever I attempt to test the affected sensors. I have had the watch for fewer than 6 months.

Galaxy WatchWell that's because all of these watches are all faulty. I RMA'd my watch, they told me that the motherboard was bad and they need to replace it and so did they like a month ago or so. Yesterday, altimeter stopped working again. It started working after reboot but it all started like this in the beginning. I'm pretty sure this will die soon too. I will return this junk after that and request refund and I will NEVER EVER buy any samsung device any more.
What you should do? RMA first and hope you won't face this same problem again.

Galaxy WatchI am in fact using the US model it is 7 months old and the Gyro Fail situation has occured here and nothing from the forums will change this status. On/Off, total reset, turning features on and off.
The watch is useless if i cannot use it as a watch.
Other sensors are in the Fail report as well. Barometer for sure.

Galaxy WatchSame problem here. Tried contacting Samsung and the steps didn't help. Also creates an unknown battery drain.
