Watch 4 no longer tracking sleep

Anyone have this problem? I've had 2 galaxy 4 watches since launch day and they both suddenly stopped tracking my sleep. Anyone else have this problem or any solution?

Check your setting sleep setting in Samsung Health app on the phone.  Also if you have security lock on the watch, unlock it after strapping on your wrist when getting for bedtime.

Done that to both. Also reset both and neither one is no longer tracking sleep.

Your last resort would be factory reset the watch and setup with the phone again.  Backup the watch before factory reset.

I am having the same problem. Watch has never tracked snoring since I received it, both before and after update. Note S20

Check your Samsung health app on the phone for sleep options.

It tracks my sleep but not the "sleep" score

Check your sleep target set, and try turning on blood o2 during sleep in your health app on the phone.   All my sleep records showing sleep score.  My Samsung health app version is 6.18.8.005 on galaxy S20.

Just got the galaxy watch 4 and the sleep app is worthless. Can't even make it more than 2hrs before it turns off. My active 2 always worked.

Mine showed I slept for an hour last night. I guarantee it was longer than that lol. Reset watch, tried everything. It works for awhile, then doesn't
