Watch 5 Pro not sounding alarms

Sometimes my Galaxy watch 5 pro will not go off when my phone has the alarm going off but other times it will. It is connected via Bluetooth and is paired correctly, it's not everytime but every now and then it won't show on the watch when the phone is sounding the alarm so I can't use the watch to dismiss the alarm like I normally would, any thoughts on why or what to do in order to make it more reliable thank you

Go into wear app settings and select this

Just a refresher of this post ever since the current update came out yesterday now the watch will only do a beep and not show the alarm at all anymore any new thoughts maybe a bug Samsung needs to fix

Thank you for following up. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch 5 pro alarm not sounding. Are you setting the alarm on the watch or the phone?
