Watch 5 update error

UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST.

My watch tells me it has an update available, UI 6.0

It downloads fine and when it attempts to install it gets to 99%

I'm trying the install again, and this is the fifth time. 

Hardware version rev 1.0 

Model number sm-r915u 

Just some information about my 

Samsung watch 5 

Software version 

One UI 5.0 

Software version r915us q u 1 b xb7 

System version 13 

Wear OS version 4.0 

Android security patch level March 1st 2024

If anybody has any information or solution to get my watch updated it would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Phone started showing the time date. 

The watch just gave a chime. 

The watch screen shows "couldn't update software visit a Samsung customer service location."

Well in my area I don't have a customer service location, do I have any other options?
