My watch hasn't received the update yet, while everyone I know has already received it. I'm still on the beta version from October. Please help. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and didn't understand what I was talking about. I factory-reset my watch twice, but it didn't work.
I just received the update earlier this evening on my watch 6. It shows as a March 2025 update but it is the latest. Hopefully you will receive it shortly. It did take a little long to install once it downloaded. It appears they are rolling it out slowly. Best of luck.
