Watch 6 Classic march update?

I have 2 Watch 6 Classics, a Bluetooth only and a LTE with no service plan. On April 28th the Bluetooth model was updated to the March security patch, the LTE no update yet. 

Has anyone with a LTE model not on a service plan or with a service plan recieved the upate yet?

I keep checking Verizon's site to see if it has rolled out yet.
