Anyone else think they suck? The release button is a stupid idea I think. I wear my watch kind of tightso the sensors get a good reading and if you turn your wrist a certain way or the watch gets pushed on your skin the button gets pushed and off pops the watch. Almost lost mine out the car window when I bumped the band on the edge of the window and the watch popped off right on the ground. 4 times it popped off until I switched my 5 pro band on. Think they should issue a recall on the bands
It's a very poor design to have the button that releases the watch sit on your skin. I foresee alot of people losing and/or damaging their watch over this
I thought the button was going to be a good thing because I HATED the pin, but I've had my watch a day & a half, worn it for a day and it's popped off 7 times already!
Send them back to samsung get a $99.98 credit and buy bands made for the watch 5. That's what I did. Have to call or chat with Samsung tell them how displeased you are with the bands popping the watch off and you can return for a credit
Ya I think anything that's 20mm or something like that will fit. I kept my watch 5 bands before sending the watch in for trade and sent back the watch 6 band for credit and got another watch 5 band and the leather case for my s22 ultra for free using the credits
Maybe if enough people complain about this design with the quick release bands and send them back at a loss to them maybe they will redesign them with a recessed button or the band slides on and off with the quick release button like on apple watches instead of popping completely off the watch
Well.....seems that since I got my watch from my phone company, I don't count. I would have to return my watch to them all together or just suck it up and buy my own band to replace it
Not happy about the response at all but I already have a migraine today so not about to stress myself more about it!
