Watch 6 battery

I used to get about 2 and a half days, slowly went down to 2 days to 2 days 8 hours, in the last week, each day is dropping down about an hour, I'm now down to I day 16 hours, nothing had changed in my usage, and I've restarted several times, any thoughts?

Which watch?  Have you run a diagnostic on the watch battery? Did some apps start running in the background that you are unaware of.  Are you using different features more (i.e., being disattached from your phone, making and receiving more calls, etc.)

Not that I'm aware of, always check background, no new features it's watch 5, how do u run 6 diagnostics?

The diagnostics for the watch and phone can be found in your phone's device care settings or in the support tab of the Samsung Members app.  You can run individual diagnostics or all the diagnostics.

How long have you had the watch 5.  Even if the battery checks out as normal, does not mean the battery does not degrade over time.  You might want to try deleting the watch cache partition in case there's junk data hanging around in there.  Personally, I prefer if a watch only lasts 1.5 days.  I like to charge my watch every morning, but I don't like to charge when it's above 30% power.  It throws off my routine if I don't charge it in the morning.

Anyway, to clear the watch cache partition:

You may have to wait a week to see if there's any improvement. As you know, the battery is adaptive.

Does this wipe out all my settings?

It will not wipe out any settings it will only clear out any excess junk clogging up the works. Just make sure not to hit factory reset.
