Galaxy WatchI bought a Galaxy Watch 7 (44mm) just a few days ago. On the first day, it worked perfectly. However, once I got home that same day, the watch started disconnecting from my phone every couple of minutes and hasn’t stayed connected since.
I’ve tried everything:
- Factory reset the watch
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Galaxy Wearable and Watch 7 Plugin apps
- Unpaired and re-paired the watch
None of it worked — just wasted hours troubleshooting. Every time I manually reconnect, I get a pop-up saying “Watch 7 Manager keeps stopping,” and the connection drops again within 2 minutes.
Notably, the issue began shortly after I updated the watch on day one.
I’ve followed every solution I could find online, but nothing has resolved the issue. At this point, I’m seriously considering a refund because the watch is basically unusable with my phone.
Device info:
- Phone: Google Pixel 9
- Android version: 16
- Watch: Galaxy Watch 7 (44mm)
- Wear OS: 5.0
- Software version: L310XXU1AYE7
Any help would be appreciated!
