Recently I purchased a new Galaxy Active 2 LTE watch from Best Buy. Within a month the rear cover slid off while I was wearing it. Fortunately, I had purchased a warranty with the watch when I bought it and I was able to return it for a full refund to Best Buy. I noticed that the problem seems to be widespread based on this website. I liked the function the watch provided me and I would like to buy another if I thought the problem has been solved. Does anybody know whether or not Samsung has addressed this problem on the newer Active 3 Galaxy watches? I called Samsung customer support and they claimed to be unaware of the problem. --Bob
