Watch Burns

I have the Galaxy Watch and had been wearing it every day since I bought it. I didn't realize it was irritating/burning my skin until I recently took it off to charge and noticed the marks on my wrist. It looks like I JUST caught it in time. I only had, maybe, first degree burns, almost like a sunburn. I think, had I kept it on any longer, though, I would have more severe irritations and burns. I haven't worn it for a couple weeks now. My wrist is still irritated, and I'm debating whether I'll wear it any more.
