Watch Burns

I have the Galaxy Watch and had been wearing it every day since I bought it. I didn't realize it was irritating/burning my skin until I recently took it off to charge and noticed the marks on my wrist. It looks like I JUST caught it in time. I only had, maybe, first degree burns, almost like a sunburn. I think, had I kept it on any longer, though, I would have more severe irritations and burns. I haven't worn it for a couple weeks now. My wrist is still irritated, and I'm debating whether I'll wear it any more.

Oh no! I will be happy to assist with your concerns.

Can you please provide me with the below information to get a ticket set up for you with my specialized team? http://bit.ly/2GGYul4

Did you seek any medical treatment for your injuries?

Can you provide any pictures of the burn on your wrist?

Also, can you provide the full model code and the serial number of your watch?
