After I bought my S3 Frontier, my wife wanted a smart watch, too, so we got her a Galaxy Watch.
At night, she puts in the charger and it vibrates every minute until charged. Very annoying. I tried turning it off, but it turns itself back on after a few minutes. Sometimes it gets extremely hot and the battery is dead.
I have tried restarting, rebooting, and a full factory reset. I did it both with recovering the backup and starting from scratch. This does not change.
We have many Samsung appliances and it has become our brand for appliances and phones, but this watch is possessed. Something out of a Stephen King novel.
My wife it about to give up and throw the hundreds of dollars away, as well as being fed up with Samsung altogether.
It sounds like these issues as are very common with the watch.
