By tapping the main button on my watch pro 5 3 times fast, it dials 911 even without a e-sim installed. Ingenous when you're in a scary situation. Of course I could be wrong since it updated recently.

I believe it uses your phone to call, so it isn't using some un-activated hidden esim or anything.

It's a cool feature either way though.
