Hello guys and girls it has happened to some that when they try to charge the ultra wacht with the phone (in my case S24 Ultra) the ultra wacht gives a mistake and says it is not compatible?
The Watch Ultra doesn’t have power sharing and can’t be charged from the phone wireless you have to use the included wireless puck to charge it

They are nothing to fix they remove it from the Watch Ultra to accommodate the better sensors that the watch has. The Watch Ultra doesn’t have the required hardware for it to function.
