Watch battery needs replacing and no local service center

The worst customer service ever!!! I'm beyond frustrated I've had my watch for over 2 years. Warranty is expired. Just got off the phone with customer service trying to replace my Galaxy watch battery they stated they have no place in Sacramento for me to go in person to replace the battery. I would need to mail my watch to them and they will bill me afterwards with the amount of the repairs. She couldn't give me a price for the cost at all. <edit>

I apologize for your negative experience. Unfortunately, customer service would not have access to the pricing information. Once the watch is received by the service center, it would undergo an evaluation. The service center would then contact you with the cost before completing any repairs to ensure you wanted to proceed.
