- After the latest update for galaxy watch my battery died in about an hour, so I messaged Samsung I was told to factory reset the watch to fix so I did and now the watch don't want to connect with my phone anymore. Need help not a happy customer anymore

I have a different fitness tracker watch but this issue happens occasionally. When it does I restart my phone & then sync the fitness app to my watch. If that doesnt work, I do a force stop in the apps in settings/apps/fitbit (or whichever app your watch uses) the restart my phone, then sync my watch to the fitness watch app. When I do the sync I have the power cord on the watch & the phone nearby with location & bluetooth on. That usually works for me.
