I'm hoping someone here has found a fix to the problem with my active 2 watch.
The faces I've downloaded will not switch. I open the wearable app and 'my watch faces', but cannot select a new one from the screen. It just does nothing.
I have already tried powering off both devices to restart, uninstalling the wearable app and neither are working. I really don't want to have to reset and start over and am hoping someone has a magic answer to avoid this, LOL.
Any help or guidance on this would be appreciated.
At this point, if I am able to do that... it would only be through the store and not the faces I've downloaded. At least right now it's one of the faces I downloaded. I don't want to try from the galaxy store through the watch and not be able to get a face back from what I like. 🤷🏼:female_sign:
It's still not working, but I already had a Samsung rep help through text and giving remote access. He said it all seemed setup as it should be and that I would have to factory reset. That is a huge headache and I feel extremely disappointed with that news. 😞
