Does anyone know if notifications can be received on a Galaxy Watch on 4g network when not near phone? I get phone calls and if I'm on wifi it seems to work, but I don't get any notifications from my phone to my watch if I'm on Verizon's 4g and away from my phone.
Why would I ask how to connect via 4g (LTE) if the watch only supported Bluetooth. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but that is a really dumb question.
That being said, because I never got a response, I ended up fixing the issue myself. I had to reset my watch and uninstall and reinstall Wear app. I had a Bluetooth watch setup on the phone before I got the 4g phone and I'm guessing that was my issue. After the fresh install, I set up the 4g watch first then set up the Bluetooth watch and now both of them work as they should and I'm getting notifications over 4g.
