I wear my Samsung watch in the shower all the time and I do enable the water lock setting prior to getting in to avoid sporadic random touches on the touchscreen. However water lock does make the watch pretty much useless, I can't even open notifications or touch on anything with it turned on. I wish there was a way for it to distinguish the difference between water and a fingerprint (seems like it would be a pretty obvious difference to me).
